Custom Injection Molding

Injection molding is a manufacturing process for producing parts by injecting molten material into a mold or molds. We perform injection molding using various types of plastics.

Insert Molding

Insert molding is an injection molding process that involves adding inserts, particularly metal, into an injection-molded part. Placing the insert within the mold cavity occurs before molten plastic injection. Consequently, on cooling, the insert becomes a permanent plastic part.

Multi-Shot Molding

Multi-material injection molding (MMI) is the process of molding two or more different materials into one plastic part.

3D Printing

3D printing, or additive manufacturing, is a process of making three dimensional objects from a digital file.

Contract Tool Building

Tooling refers to building various different kinds of equipment and gear required for production, such as plastic injection molds, jigs, and fixtures. Effective tooling allows the production of high quality products, which also increases product life cycles and ensures the correct functionality of manufactured goods.

Assembly

Building and putting together products and the parts connected to that product in numerous workstations.

Ultrasonic Welding

Ultrasonic welding is an industrial process whereby high-frequency ultrasonic acoustic vibrations are locally applied to work pieces being held together under pressure to create a solid-state weld.

Local and International Manufacturing

International inquiries include Canada, Europe, South America, and Asia. While some of our products are sold local to Bloomington, Illinois, we produce items for customers all across the United States.
